Community Centers
Forest City has two community centers available for the exclusive use of Forest City residents living in Camp Smith, Manana MCBH, and on K-Bay.

Manana Community Center - Pearl City
Waikulu Community Center - MCB Hawaii
To reserve space in a community center, stop by our Resident Services Office to fill out a contract and provide a $200 security deposit in the form of a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. Reservations may be made up to 6 months in advance and residents can have two reservations per month. There is no charge for our residents to use the community centers.

Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 5 pm.
To check availability on the
Waikulu Community Center, please call our K-Bay
office at (808) 839-8700. Our
K-Bay office is open 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday, except
on Wednesdays when the office closes at 2
pm.
