The paving process has begun and will be complete by May 6, 2010.
All 10 units are substantially complete. Final cleaning and powerwashing of garages and driveways to be complete this month. All trees, groundcover and hydro-seeding is complete around the homes.

Mololani

The Mololani project, formerly known as Capehart consists of demolishing 634 units and redeveloping the neighborhood for 759 new homes. New homes will include single family and multi-family housing comprised of 2, 3 and 4-plex units. Homes consist of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units with a 2 car garage.
The Mololani neighborhood has been segregated into 11 distinct areas or phases. Currently, 4 of the 11 phases are complete and available for occupancy. Construction of 6 of the 11 phases has begun with 436 homes being built.
Sell Group D was turned over to Residential Management end of April. A total of 323 new homes are complete to date. Currently, construction of homes in Phases E and F is under way.

Waikulu

The Waikulu project, formerly known as, Rainbow, Rainbow East, NCO Row and Manning Court areas are demolition-rebuild neighborhoods. Houses will be 2, 3 and 4-plex units with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths up to a maximum of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all units contain a 2 car garages.
Project is complete.

Heleloa Hill Top Neighborhood

This is a Historic Renovation Project for 22 single family homes. The whole house renovations include improvements to the kitchen, expansion of the 4th bedroom, bathroom renovations, landscaping, construction of a stand alone 2-car garage with remote controlled automatic door openers, electrical/plumbing upgrade, reconfigure closets/storage space, A/C installation of SEER 14 or better, installation of a solar hot water system, and improvements to the outdoor living space. This neighborhood is nestled on a hill top bluff with spectacular mountain and ocean views.
Renovation work at Heleloa is divided into two phases; Phase I work consisted of 12 homes and was completed in October 2009. Phase II renovation work consists of 10 homes. Civil work started in November 2009 along Haligan Road and will continue along Nimitz road. Civil work is nearing completion. The remaining work is scheduled for completion in March 2010. Road paving of Halligan Road and Nimitz Road is being scheduled for April 2010 and the final paving is scheduled for July 2010. The vertical contractor has completed the exterior demolition of homes to include removal of old vinyl siding, old lanai fences, interior demolition of walls doors, windows as required. New plumbing and electrical lines are also being placed within the homes.
