Our skilled plumbers, electricians, carpenters, locksmiths, and maintenance technicians are on call 24 hours per day and 7 days per week. The maintenance team also operates a small but useful Self Help Store located within the Maintenance Warehouse at 1505 Cushman Avenue.

The Self Help Store is open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon.

Manana residents please call 839-HELP (4357) for 24 hour per day and 7 day per week maintenance services. Self Help for Manana residents is located at 5089 Nimitz Road. The Self Help Store is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
