Forest City’s maintenance team is ready to respond immediately to all emergencies and to keep both the
interior and exterior of your home in good repair at all times. Our skilled plumbers, electricians, carpenters,
locksmith, and maintenance technicians are on call 24 hours per day/7 days per week. Should you need assistance,
please call our service line at 839-HELP (4357). The maintenance team also operates a small but useful
Self Help Store located conveniently located within the Maintenance Warehouse in Bldg. 460 off Lawrence Road
across from the Marine Corps Family Housing Office.
The Self Help Store is open from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday - Friday. Camp Stover and NCTAMS Residents may use the self-help located at the Camp Stover Resident Services Office.
