Aloha and Farewell. We understand that moving can be a stressful and a difficult time for you and your family. We’d like to make your move from Hawaii to your new location as smooth as possible. If you are relocating to Navy Great Lakes, Crane Indiana or Navy Region Southeast, you will experience the most enjoyable and smooth transition of your military career. Forest City is proud to manage the navy homes in these regions as well. Make special mention of your new orders to your resident services team here. We will take care of all of the “behind the scenes” necessities for your relocation and work with our extended Forest City family to ensure that you and your family have a comfortable home waiting for you upon your arrival in Great Lakes, Crane or Navy Region Southeast.
To help you with your relocation, we’ve provided answers to “FAQ --- Frequently Asked Questions” below that should answer most of your questions. Should you have other questions, please call us at your Resident Services Office for complete instructions to properly vacate your home.
Please remember that the first requirement is that you must visit us at your Resident Services Office in person and provide us with a minimum of 28-days notice of your departure. Spouses must have a current Power Of Attorney (POA) to complete required documentation if Service Member is not available.
