This is a Historic Renovation Project for 22 single family homes. The whole house renovation will include improvements to the kitchen, expansion of the 4th bedroom, bathroom renovations, landscaping, construction of a stand alone 2-car garage with remote controlled automatic door openers, electrical/plumbing upgrade, reconfigure closets/storage space, A/C installation of SEER 14 or better, installation of a solar hot water system, and improvements to the outdoor living space. This neighborhood is nestled on a hill top bluff with spectacular mountain and ocean views.
Construction will be divided into two phases; Phase I will consist of 11 homes and Phase II, 11 homes. Phase I homes are completed and abatement has started in Phase II.
Scheduled outages: 10 November 2009 – 1 day road closure at Unit #511.
