Heleloa Construction Updates

HELELOA HILL TOP NEIGHBORHOOD
This is a Historic Renovation Project for 22 single family homes. The whole house renovations include improvements to the kitchen, expansion of the 4th bedroom, bathroom renovations, landscaping, construction of a stand alone 2-car garage with remote controlled automatic door openers, electrical/plumbing upgrade, reconfigure closets/storage space, A/C installation of SEER 14 or better, installation of a solar hot water system, and improvements to the outdoor living space. This neighborhood is nestled on a hill top bluff with spectacular mountain and ocean views.
Renovation work at Heleloa is divided into two phases; Phase I work consisted of 12 homes and was completed in October 2009. Phase II renovation work consists of 10 homes. Civil work started in November 2009 along Halligan Road and will continue along Nimitz road. Civil work is scheduled for completion in January 2010 and is to be followed by start of vertical renovation work.
