Mololani Construction Updates

MOLOLANI
The Mololani project, formerly known as Capehart consists of demolishing 634 units and redeveloping the neighborhood for 759 new homes. New homes will include single family and multi-family housing comprised of 2, 3 and 4-plex units. Homes consist of 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units with a 2 car garage.
The Mololani neighborhood has been segregated into 11 distinct areas or phases. Currently, 3 of the 11 phases is complete and available for occupancy. Construction of 6 of the 11 phases has begun with 507 homes being built.
A total of 240 new homes is complete to date. Currently, construction of homes in Phases D, E and F is under way.
