Each community boasts its own unique amenities. From beautiful parks, tot lots, picnic areas and playgrounds, you will feel at home among great neighbors in your Forest City home. In the future you will see sparkling swimming pools, sand volleyball courts, basket ball and other exciting additions.

Community Centers are available for rental every day of the year. Each community Center is equipped with complete kitchen, plus large tables and plenty of chairs for your private functions. You may reserve any CC for your event up to 6 months in advance.

There is no charge to rent to rent the centers, but a reasonable cleaning/damage deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is 100% refundable if the Community Center is left in clean and good condition.

Because you, our valued residents are our #1 priority, we do not allow outside contractors or for-profit providers to reserve the centers, so you can be assured that this resident-only amenity is available for your special event.

Community Center Locations are throughout Oahu. If you are a Forest City Resident, you may rent any of these centers for your specials events.
