Forest City is proud to work closely with the miltary to support our residents. We're involved with
several programs that are designed to make life easier for our residents and their families as they
move in, move out, or deal with the challenges of having a deployed spouse. Below, you'll find
a list of those programs and a brief description of Forest City's involvement.

Resident Energy Conservation Program
 

Change of Duty Station 
Forest City knows it can be tough to move to a new duty station but we work hard to make it easier on
you. Check out our Change of Homeport presentation to learn about Forest City, our neighborhoods
and our amenities.

Smooth Move Workshop
Forest City participates in Fleet and Family Services Smooth Move Workshop every month. We
answer any and all questions residents have about the vacating process. We're always sad to see
you go, but we want to make sure you have a smooth transition to your next home!
